Monthly walks are starting up again!

Dig out your walking boots – our monthly walks are starting up again.

We’re delighted to welcome Pauline Bramley to FLC.  Pauline is our new volunteer walk leader and she will be starting up our monthly walks programme at the beginning of May, ably assisted by our longstanding volunteer John Thomas.  Walks will be on Thursdays, from 1.30-2.30pm and will start from a variety of locations around the local area.  As before, we’ll be working in partnership with the Derbyshire Dales Walking for Health Scheme.  http://www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/things-to-do/sports-health-activities/walking-for-health/297-walking-for-health

The first walk will be on Thursday 5 May, starting from Tideswell Dale Picnic Site carpark.  We’ll be posting details of the programme for the rest of the year towards the end of April.  We look forward to seeing friends old and new and to enjoying some good company and some lovely walks over the rest of the year.
